From Calling to Serving
Every mission is different, but the journey follows a clear process. Our goal is to make preparation simple so your team can focus on serving, building relationships and sharing the love of Jesus.
Tell us about your church, team, preferred travel dates and how you feel called to serve.
Together we define the ministry activities, schedule, locations, team size and objectives for your mission.
Your church receives practical information to help prepare spiritually, culturally and logistically before traveling.
The mission does not have to end when your team flies home. We encourage lasting relationships between visiting churches and local ministries.
02
Discover the Right Opportunity
We connect your team's gifts and ministry interests with real needs identified by Costa Rican pastors and local churches.
04
Confirm Dates & Logistics
Once the mission plan is established, we coordinate the essential local logistics needed for your team.
06
Arrive & Serve
From arrival in Costa Rica, Mission Connect helps coordinate your local experience so your team can focus on ministry and relationships.

A Mission Plan Built for Your Team
Mission costs vary according to team size, length of stay, ministry locations, transportation requirements, accommodation and the specific activities included in the mission plan.
Rather than presenting a generic package, Mission Connect develops a clear mission proposal based on your team's actual itinerary and needs.
Your mission proposal may include local transportation, accommodation, meals, ministry coordination, interpretation when required, ministry materials and administrative coordination.
More Than a Trip
We believe healthy missions are built on humility, partnership and respect. Visiting teams come not simply to complete projects, but to serve alongside local believers, learn from one another and strengthen the work God is already doing in Costa Rica.

Serve with Humility
Honor Local Leadership
Build Relationships
Think Long-Term
We come to serve alongside, not take over.
Local pastors and church leaders guide ministry priorities.
People and relationships matter more than projects.
Our goal is sustainable ministry impact that continues after the team leaves.
